Private one-on-one session:
Iron Reign CrossFit is proud to offer clients the opportunity to partake in private one-on-one training sessions. During your visit we will sit down with you and discuss what it is you want. We will then create a custom program that will be specifically designed for you, and will consist of one-on-one sessions with a trainer. Sports Training:
Iron Reign CrossFit offers our athletic cliental the opportunity to participate in sports training specifically designed for their sport. Since every sport has a unique specialization of motions, our staff will work with you to create a program which will benefit you. We will sit down with an athlete, coach, or anyone interested in specific sport training programs and construct a custom fit work out regime to target the motions needed by that sport. This program will also include a nutritional guide and any additional information we find fit appropriate.

Nutrition Information:
The staff at Iron Reign CrossFit can create a custom fit nutritional program for any client who is interested. A staff member will sit down with you and create a full nutritional program, as well as meal plans and a grocery list of everything you will need. Small group training:
Iron Reign CrossFit offers small group training for clients who are looking to come with friends or family and workout in a small group setting. A staff member will meet with the group in order to determine the wants and needs of the group, and then custom fit a program that will give you the best results in the safest and most efficient way. Small group training is available to all clients during regular business hours by appointment only.
